1. Information we collect

BitCorp collects only the information needed to operate the platform: account data (name, email, role), operational activity data (daily reports, equipment locations, OHS records) and technical metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp).

2. How we use the information

We use the data to deliver the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse and improve the product. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Legal basis and consent

In Peru we are governed by Ley N° 29733 on Personal Data Protection. For EU customers we apply GDPR principles: contractual basis for operational data, legitimate interest for aggregated telemetry.

4. Retention

Operational data is kept while the account is active plus 30 days. Backups are purged after 90 days.

5. Your rights

You may access, rectify, object to or delete your data by writing to [email protected].
